comfortable villa lies in a quiet cul de sack with ample parking. It
is only 5 minutes on foot to the beach or village centre. Casa
Maresol is the middle house in a row of 3 houses (townhouses). On
the first floor you have a well equipped lounge- dining room with
SAT-TV (with many international stations) as well as a fire place, a
modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee
machine, fridge with deepfreeze etc., a guest toilet, a large
veranda with sea view and a BBQ. On the ground floor there are three
modern well equipped bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with shower, one
with a bath, one of them en suite.
A partly
covered terrace and a garden.
The
villa is cleaned twice a week as well as the towels. Sheets are
changed once a week. Everything is included in the stated price.

onto a large veranda. On the veranda you have a
table and chairs as well as a
built-in BBQ.
The charming village of Praia
da Luz with its beautiful sandy beach, many little bars and
restaurants is surely the most beautiful of the little
villages on the western Algarve,
where you can be assured of a relaxing holiday away from all
the masses of tourists you find in the bigger centres. It is
only 7 km from the interesting, historical town of
Lagos
with its modern marina. |

On the Ground
Floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite). The
main bedroom leads onto the covered terrace and garden area. The second
bedroom leads into a small court yard with an outdoor shower and then onto the terrace and
garden.

On the First Floor
is the large Lounge-Dining room, with Sat-TV, Hi Fi,
fireplace, a guest toilet and a modern kitchen
with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave,
etc.
From Praia da Luz it is only 5 km to the A22 highway
which takes you directly to Faro airport, the city of
Faro, Spain
or Lisbon as well as the
north of Portugal. Praia
da Luz has an approximately 500 metre beautiful sandy
beach, bordered by a promenade of palm trees with many
benches to relax on. From the beach it goes gradually
into the water, making it ideal for children. You can
also have a cool drink in one of the many bars or
restaurants along the promenade in the sun or in the
shade. The many little shops and supermarkets invite to
do some shopping.

For
sports aficionados, the Western Algarve is well equipped with a range
of facilities including world-renowned golf-courses, tennis clubs and
a full range of aquatic sports. These are within easy reach of Casa Maresol.
Praia da Luz is the ideal starting point to explore the
Algarve.
Going direction Lagos you find places like Porto de Mos,
Ponta da Piedade and Praia Dona Ana.

were taken here. Meia Praia in Lagos
is doubtlessly the largest beach on the Algarve. A paradise for walking or
surfing. For relaxation you also find many little
